LTU Secretariat: responsible for handling any LTU-related affairs, i.e. inviting more institutions to join the LTU.

Overall Planning Team: responsible for coordinating the preparatory work for the LTU 2025 Summit, including bidding procedures, inviting VIP guests, and preparing for the education exhibition.

Outreach Team: Responsible for liaison with member units of the League, relevant units and individuals to participate in the Summit, and providing visa support for the delegates to come to China.

Publicity Team: responsible for the news release of the Summit.

Materials Preparation Team: responsible for writing the materials to be signed/released during the Summit.

Parallel Session Team: responsible for the preparation of the parallel sessions and collection of relevant technology transfer project information.

Event Organization Team: responsible for the preparation of the concurrent performances, exchange programs and research activities during the Summit.

Conference Affairs Team: responsible for conference organization and reception.
